General Policy

The fees collected support essential administrative functions, including processing, evaluation, and overall program operations. Due to the nature of these expenses, all payments are final and non-refundable once processed.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will be considered strictly under these limited conditions:

  • A duplicate nomination fee has been charged.
  • A technical malfunction has led to an overpayment.

To qualify, a refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the payment date and must include verifiable proof of the transaction.

Disqualification or Withdrawal

In the event of disqualification or voluntary withdrawal of a nomination following payment, participants will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

Program Modifications or Cancellations

If the organizers cancel the program or event, a refund or future credit may be granted at their sole discretion. In the event of a rescheduling, all fees paid will be carried forward to the new date, and no refunds will be available.

Eligible refund requests must be submitted via email to our official support team. Your request should include your name, a valid payment receipt, and the justification for the refund. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
