This stage kicks off your build. Here we work with the architect and/or your home plan to budget the project and ensure the scope of work is clearly identified.
At this stage, we begin site grading, footing work, and framing the structure. Once that is complete we move to installing all the rough-ins for major sub-trades
This is the stage most homeowners love as this is where finish materials get installed. Drywall/paint, flooring, tile, interior casework and lighting fixtures.
At this point in the build we are focusing on the finishing touches like Landscaping, final punch lists and the certificate of occupancy. Once these items are completed the closing can take place and you receive the keys to you new home.
